You can apply for an extension after your usage period has started, by going to your order history on your "Customer My Page" here.

Please note that if you do not apply for an extension by 24:00 (midnight) on your return day, the network will be cut off automatically
The deadline for extension procedure is by 24:00 (midnight), one day after your supposed day of return.
Once the deadline has passed, you will not be able to apply for an extension and the network will be cut off.
If the device is not returned 6 days after the return day and we receive no extension procedure, it will be considered lost even though it is still in your possession.
Please note that we will charge you a compensation fee if that happens.
Furthermore, even when you return the device after we have charged you the compensation fee, refund is not possible.
