Yes. Extension fee applies for as long as you extend the usage of your device.
We do not charge additional fee for extension; the daily extension fee is the same with the initial daily rent fee.
If you want to extend, please go to your "Customer My Page" here, go to your corresponding order, then apply for an extension there.
The deadline for applying an extension is at 24:00 (midnight, Japan Standard Time), one day after your supposed return day.
If 6 days has passed after the return day and we receive no extension application, or if the device is not returned yet, it will be considered lost.
A compensation fee will be charged to you, so please be careful.
Even if you return the device after we charged you the compensation fee, the fee is not refundable.
