If the QR code cannot be scanned and you leave the country without picking up your device, you can cancel the order through "Customer My Page"by 24:00 (midnight) on the pick up day.
After the cancellation is complete, your rental fee will be refunded.
*After 24:00 (midnight), according to article 9 of our terms of service, your rental fee will not be refunded.
