In principle, we do not accept returns by courier.
However, we will accept returns by courier service only in cases where it is difficult to return the device at the WiFiBOX installation location.
Please follow the return procedure after confirming the following notes.

■ Notes
After completing the return procedure, please extend the rental period until the date of receipt of the package.
If there is no extension apply for an extension, there is a possibility that a compensation of 25,000 yen will be incurred.
Once compensation is made, it will not be canceled even if the WiFiBOX is returned after that.
