What should I do if I still cannot decide which staion I will return the device at, or if I want to change the return place?

You can return your device at staion different than the one you chose upon placing your order, and you can also change the return place to a different staion. However, you are required to tentatively select the staion first.

When you are about to return the device, you can return it to any airports closest to you.
