If the WiFiBOX stations are full and you cannot find another one, you can return the device by inserting it into any blue-colored Return Box that has the following names: "Telecomsquare" or "Wi-Ho!Biz".
*Please be careful not to return the device to boxes from different companies. Should that happens, you may be charged for an extension fee.
If you return the device via the blue Return Box, please use the air packing that is placed beside the WiFiBOX station before inserting to the Return Box. Our staff will confirm the device and return it to WiFiBOX.
Once the return process is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.
