If you accidentally broke or damaged the Wi-Fi router, please access your "Customer My Page" here and file a "damage report" within your order history, as soon as possible.
If you did not add "WiFi Assurance" to your order, you will be charged JPY 25,000 as a compensation fee.
Even when you have added "WiFi Assurance" to your order, as long as no report was filed through your "Customer My Page", you will still be charged a compensation fee. Therefore, please report it right away.
*Rental fee is not refundable.
Please place the equipment in our company‘s return box if it is suspected to be water damaged.
We will guide you the location of our return box once we receive your report.
If the equipment is not water damaged, please return it to the rental machine as usual.
