If you lost the Wi-Fi router, please file a lost report as soon as you notice that. Lost report can be done by going to your "Customer My Page" here, go to your order number within your order history, and click "lost report".
If you are not covered by "WiFi Assurance", a JPY 25,000 compensation fee will be charged to you.
Even when you have added "WiFi Assurance" to your order, unreported loss or damage will still be liable to compensation fee; therefore please report it through your "Customer My Page" within the usage period of the device.
