The following is a list of measures to take if you are unable to come to the store during business hours.
For Pick-Up:
If you are unable to come to our store during business hours,you can still pick up your reserved WiFiBOX at a different location.
If there is another WiFiBOX rental location nearby, please consider going there instead.
If there are no available WiFiBOX locations nearby, please log in to【MY Page】and cancel your reservation.
Once the cancellation procedure is complete,the full rental fee will be refunded upon cancellation.
※Please note that you cannot cancel your reservation if the scheduled pick-up date has already passed.
For Return:
You can return your WiFiBOX at a different location than where you originally picked it up, as long as it is within our rental network.
If there is another WiFiBOX rental location nearby, please consider going there instead.
If there is no WiFiBOX available for you to drop by, we accept returns by mail as a special exception.
